ROAST: Roast

Grown high in the Chiapas Mountains, this coffee has a balanced body and features the fruity and nutty flavor notes associated with the region. The acidity is bright, but not overpowering, and the aroma is delicate and fresh. The cherry pulp itself is used as its own fertilizer, which gives this bean a delicate acidity with a less distinct woodiness finish. This cup has a mild intensity with a sense of sweetness at the end.
